Lisa joins Kinetic IT from AusNet, where she served as the company’s Chief People Officer, leading its People function and overseeing a $13 billion asset base, with a dynamic and complex workforce of over 9,000 people.

During her tenure, Lisa successfully implemented innovative workforce planning strategies, reshaped remuneration and rewards frameworks, and strengthened executive and general management capabilities. She was instrumental in redesigning AusNet’s HR operating model, shifting from a traditional operational focus to a strategic business partnership, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making. 

In her new role at Kinetic IT, Lisa will lead the evolution of the organisation’s People strategy as it executes its 2023–2027 Corporate Strategy. Her priorities will include strategic workforce planning, talent development, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion. Lisa’s leadership will support Kinetic IT in building a resilient and agile workforce capable of adapting to the dynamic needs of the industry and its customers.
