Kinetic IT is pleased to announce the appointment of Inese Kingsmill as a new Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Kinetic IT’s People and Remuneration Committee, effective 1 November 2024.
With a remarkable career spanning more than 25 years, Inese Kingsmill has established a reputation as a visionary leader focused on transformational growth and enhancing customer experience. Her previous executive leadership roles at Microsoft, Telstra, and Virgin Australia, combined with her non-executive experience across ASX-listed companies, position her as a pivotal addition to Kinetic IT’s Board.

Inese currently serves as Chair of HiPages (ASX: HPG) and Sonder and sits on the boards of NobleOak Life Limited (ASX: NOL), Retail Employees Superannuation (REST) and Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX: BTH). Her extensive expertise in digital transformation, strategy, and customer innovation, along with her advisory roles and mentorship of early-stage businesses in Australia and North America, make her the ideal leader to guide Kinetic IT’s growth and strategic direction in the coming years.
