Kinetic IT has just been named as a pre-approved supplier on the Western Australian Government’s CUATIS2024 Technology Infrastructure and Solutions panel.
For agencies, this means a simpler, compliant way to get the infrastructure and managed services you need – without the red tape slowing you down.
A new way to buy
CUATIS2024 is the State Government’s new whole-of-government buying arrangement for technology infrastructure and solutions, replacing the old GovNext-ICT CUA.
Unlike its predecessor, CUATIS2024 opens up a broader choice of providers across each panel, giving agencies more flexibility and autonomy to fulfil ICT strategies. It’s designed to keep procurement competitive, give you access to trusted and secure solutions, and ultimately, help you deliver better outcomes for Western Australians.
The agreement runs for five years, with the option to extend for another two years.
Where Kinetic IT Fits In
- Panel 1 – Infrastructure & Facilities
- Category 1A Networking Equipment
- Category 1B Data Centre Equipment
- Panel 3 – Managed Services
- Category 3B Managed Infrastructure
These panels cover the resale, installation and integration of networking products including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless solutions, along with the design and delivery of data centre products such as servers, storage, UPS and core infrastructure.
Panel 3 extends this capability to end-to-end managed infrastructure for on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments; all with clear scopes and a standardised ordering process.
In short: you can buy your hardware from us and have us design, deliver, and support it from day one. One partner, start to finish.
Strong partnership with WA Government
David Lyons, Kinetic IT’s Director of Regional Engagement WA, said the appointment reflects both the company’s long-standing delivery record and commitment to partnering with the WA State Government.
“Being selected for CUATIS2024 demonstrates Kinetic IT’s trusted relationships and proven track record with WA agencies,” said Lyons.
“We are local and understand local context; we can draw from our trusted relationships with local customers, and with support from our national partner network, deliver solutions that are citizen and outcome focused.”
“What I enjoy most about my job is helping customers. This panel opens up new and simple pathways to do exactly that - making it easier for state government to engage with Kinetic IT and achieve impactful outcomes for Western Australians."
—David Lyons, Director of Regional Engagement WA, Kinetic IT
Local at heart, proven at scale
Over 20 years, Kinetic IT has grown to become one of Australia’s largest independently owned IT services providers. Being part of CUATIS2024 places us alongside a select group of WA-based suppliers, as well as national and multinational firms.
Our inclusion on the panel builds on recent wins across the State Government, including Main Roads Western Australia selecting us as lead partner for end-to-end technology services in April 2025, and Landgate awarding us a 10-year managed services contract commencing 1 November 2024.
