We’re excited to introduce Zen Huang, a new Sourcing and Mobilisation Advisor who has recently joined our WA team. Zen is our ‘diamond in the rough’ seeker – identifying some of the most talented candidates skilled for technical and niche positions across Western Australia.
Meet Zen Huang
Beyond his love of sports and gaming, Zen Huang has a passion for matching people to their next career opportunity. When deciding to advance his own career, Zen looked for an employer that is capable of instilling growth within its culture. Zen has his goals set towards internal recruitment and is looking forward to working on the talent pipeline of a larger company.

Zen’s background is impressive. He really knows all there is about IT recruitment having previously worked for Finite IT, an agency specialising in IT recruitment. Working within the Government sector, his work was focused on Service Desk positions through to Enterprise Architecture in both application and infrastructure. Zen also previously ran the Recruitment Agenda for Greenlight, connecting white-collar crew to IT Service companies.

Why did Zen join Kinetic IT?

“It was IT focussed. I love IT, it is a blessing that I managed to get an IT recruitment role for my first job. There is always something new to learn and it’s very interesting.
