Kinetic IT has announced that three leaders are finalists in the 2026 Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA): Courtney Bohan (Community Impact), Laura Domingo (Rising Star), and Zoë King (Shining Star). The awards celebrate women’s impact across the ICT sector, and winners will be announced in late April on the ARN website.

Kinetic IT is proud to announce that three of its leaders have been named finalists in the 2026 Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA), recognising outstanding impact across community, emerging leadership and sustained industry contribution.

Courtney Bohan has been named a finalist in the Community Impact Award, Laura Domingo in the Rising Star Award, and Zoë King in the Shining Star Award. 

These finalist placements reflect the depth of talent within Kinetic IT and the organisation’s commitment to building a more inclusive, resilient and forward-looking technology sector.

Lisa Keogh, Chief People Officer for Kinetic IT, congratulated all three women on being named finalists in the prestigious awards.

The 2026 WIICTA Award Winners will be announced in late April on the ARN website.

Courtney Bohan – Community Impact Award Finalist 

Perth’s Courtney Bohan, Senior Manager, Inclusion, Social Performance & Connection, has been recognised for her sustained impact in embedding inclusion, cultural respect and social equity across Kinetic IT and the communities it serves.

Over more than a decade with the organisation, Courtney has played a pivotal role in delivering Kinetic IT’s Reconciliation Action Plans, leading the Indigenous Employment Strategy, and establishing the organisation’s inaugural Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Program. She has also driven the development of Kinetic IT’s Supplier Diversity Standard, increasing participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses in the supply chain.

As an LGBTQIA+ woman herself, Courtney has championed affirmative action measures in recruitment to improve gender representation, supported progress toward Australian Workplace Equality Index accreditation through the company’s LGBTQIA+ Working Group, and co-designed Kinetic IT’s DEI Strategy to ensure equity is embedded across the organisation.

Laura Domingo – Rising Star Award Finalist

Laura Domingo, Marketing Manager, has been recognised as a Rising Star for her strategic impact early in her ICT career.

Based in Melbourne, Laura built the Australian marketing function from the ground up in her previous role, before joining Kinetic IT in 2025 to lead account-based marketing initiatives across critical infrastructure. Within her first months, she designed and delivered a pilot program that significantly increased engagement across priority accounts, combining executive-led thought leadership with personalised outreach.

Her work has strengthened alignment between marketing and sales, increased executive-level engagement, and shifted key accounts from limited awareness to active participation.

Laura’s nomination recognises not only strong commercial outcomes, but her willingness to step into leadership roles with courage and resilience in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Zoë King – Shining Star Award Finalist

Zoë King, Strategic Client Partner supporting customers in Federal Government, Defence and National Security, has been named a finalist in the Shining Star category for her sustained leadership and influence across complex public sector environments.

A serving Australian Army Reservist with more than two decades of experience, Zoë brings deep operational insight and a people-first leadership approach to her role. A proud Canberran, she has strengthened Kinetic IT’s presence across Federal Government and Defence by building long-term, trust-based relationships and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, values-led engagement.

Under Zoë’s stewardship, Kinetic IT has increased its recognition and consideration across priority accounts, positioning the organisation as a credible, sovereign partner in highly strategic sectors.
