Sarah Adam-Gedge.

Since joining Kinetic IT’s Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in February 2023, Sarah has helped shape Kinetic IT’s strategy and drive the company towards growth. Appointed to the role of Chairperson in January 2024, Sarah plays an enhanced role, overseeing the company’s governance and strategic roadmap, and ensuring delivery of goals in alignment with Kinetic IT’s values and ambition.  Sarah is a professional Non-Executive Director and a former CEO and Managing Partner of technology and digital businesses, having led large and medium-sized businesses for global firms such as Wipro Ltd, Avanade, Publicis Sapient and IBM. She started her career at Arthur Andersen and PwC and is a Chartered Accountant. She has extensive global experience leading professional services, consulting, technology, and digital transformation businesses, working in both corporate and public sectors, and across multiple industries and geographies. Sarah’s current board portfolio includes Austal Ltd, a defence prime contractor and maritime technology business, where she is Deputy Chair, and is also a non-executive Director at Cricket Australia, CPA, Codan Ltd, Bravura Solutions Ltd and Emeco Holdings Ltd.

David McCleery.

Non-Executive Director
Kinetic IT’s co-founder and former Chairperson, David McCleery, has over 40 years’ experience in the technology industry. Prior to forming Kinetic IT with brother’s Phillip and Terry North in 1997, David consulted to some of Australia’s largest organisations to deliver major infrastructure and ICT projects. While serving on the Board of Kinetic IT, David successfully established and chaired energy trading company, DMT Energy, from 2007 to 2011. He continues to serve on the Board for a number of companies and not-for profit organisations including HiSeis Pty Ltd and the Cobalt Foundation. David holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Computing and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Physics (Geophysics). He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robert Mactier.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR​​
Robert Mactier brings more than 15 years’ public company board experience to Kinetic IT having served as a Non-Executive Director across a range of ASX and NASDAQ listed companies in Australia and Asia. Rob has held a variety of leadership roles throughout his 35+ years career in the Australian investment banking and securities markets and previously as a Chartered Accountant.  He has had extensive experience in working closely with organisations to develop and execute corporate growth and divestment strategies, including capital markets financings, Initial Public Offering processes and Merger and Acquisition transaction execution. In 2021, Rob, as Chairman, steered two ASX-listed company boards through successful takeovers. Based in Sydney, New South Wales, Rob is currently the Deputy Chair of Nuix Limited, and concurrent with his non-executive director roles he is also a consultant to the Advisory and Capital Markets division of UBS in Australia. Rob holds a degree in economics from the University of Sydney, and has previously been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a current Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael North.

Executive Director
Appointed as Kinetic IT’s Executive Director in 2016, Michael North, has been instrumental in guiding Kinetic IT to become one of Australia’s leading ICT managed services providers. Joining Kinetic IT’s Service Delivery and Operations team in 1999, Michael matured his technical and commercial experience to progress into senior and executive positions. More recently, he’s played an integral role in driving of Kinetic IT’s strategic direction as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer before his appointment as CEO. Today, Michael is focused on leading Kinetic IT through continued growth as the company evolves its services and expands into new regions. Michael is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Richard Williams.

COMPANY SECRETARY​​

Richard Williams joined Kinetic IT in 2015 and currently serves in the role of Company Secretary and Group Executive responsible for overseeing the Company’s corporate performance and compliance activities. Richard has extensive international experience in senior finance roles within the ICT industry. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and member of the CFA Institute.
