Australian technology services company Kinetic IT has announced the appointment of Sarah Adam-Gedge as a Non-Executive Director to the company’s Board of Directors, effective 1 February, enhancing the depth and breadth of experience across the Board.
Kinetic IT Chair, Rhoda Phillippo, welcomed the appointment.
“Sarah joins us at a pivotal time for Kinetic IT as we seek to strengthen and grow our position in the Australian market. Her leadership will enhance the Board’s depth of corporate governance and information technology industry expertise to help us realise our strategic aspirations.”

Sarah Adam-Gedge – Non-Executive Director at Kinetic IT
Sarah Adam-Gedge, also currently a non-executive Director and Deputy Chair of Austal Ltd, has extensive global experience leading professional services, consulting, technology, and digital transformation businesses, working in both the corporate and public sectors, and across multiple industries and geographies.
She recently stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of Wipro’s Australia and New Zealand Operations, and has previously held a Board role with national not-for-profit Ovarian Cancer Australia. Sarah’s previous executive experience includes leadership roles at Publicis Sapient, Avanade Australia, IBM Global Business Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen.

Concurrently, Non-Executive Director Michele Teague has departed Kinetic IT’s Board of Directors. Rhoda acknowledged Michele’s contributions to Kinetic IT over the past three years.
