Kinetic IT announces leadership transition: Sarah Adam-Gedge appointed as new Chairperson

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Adam-Gedge as Kinetic IT’s new Board Chair effective as of 23 January 2024.

Since joining Kinetic IT’s Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in February 2023, Sarah has helped shape our company’s strategy and drive us towards growth. With a wealth of experience and an in-depth understanding of our industry, Sarah will now play an enhanced role in our Board, overseeing our governance and strategic roadmap, and ensuring delivery of our goals in alignment with our values and ambition.

After two years of dedicated service and leadership, the Board has accepted the resignation of Kinetic IT Non-Executive Director and Chair, Rhoda Phillippo. Rhoda has resigned as the shareholders have indicated that they wish to pursue a different strategic vision for the business. The Board expresses its gratitude to Rhoda for her service and contribution to Kinetic IT.

This leadership change aligns with our commitment to adapt to evolving industry dynamics and pursue the pathway of our strategic direction, guided by Kinetic IT’s company strategy across the next few years. The shift positions Kinetic IT for continued success, allowing the company to navigate new opportunities and challenges with increased agility and resilience. Having laid a strong foundation over the past year, our focus is building upon that base to drive sustained growth and innovation.

“I’m honoured to step into the role of Chairperson at Kinetic IT. Together with Kinetic IT’s leadership team and talented crew, we’ve laid the groundwork for success, and now we’re not just navigating change; we’re leading the charge.”
