We’re excited to introduce Alex McPhail, our new Sourcing and Mobilisation Advisor who joined our Victorian team earlier this month. Alex will be working closely with our Service Desk candidates, connecting them to positions across our Victorian customers’ Service Desk Teams.
Meet Alex McPhail
When asked what passions she would bring to her work, Alex McPhail instantly said connection.
“Finding the right fit and following the candidate from application through to the first day and undergoing a positive experience for both the candidate and the manager – this is what makes me happy, excited. I thrive with high volume recruitment which is what we find in Service Desk. I like being busy.”
Alex’s main goal is to help build the Kinetic IT recruitment pipeline, fostering an overall crew journey. She focuses on sourcing at the Service Desk level with the aim that the crew would learn and grow within the company. Much like her own experience, Alex is someone who has grown on the job and had a successful career progression. With previous experience at a recruitment agency in pink-collar roles (admin, PA, EA, and reception), she later moved into internal recruitment within the nursing and public health sector, resulting in a career within recruitment for more than six years.

What attracted you to the role?
“The forward-thinking of the organisation and the people have and how they are always looking to improve and move forward. The fact that it is a well know Australian-owned company.
