Chief Executive Michael North said to be recognised as one of Australia’s Best Managed Companies for a second year in a row was a testament to the efforts and hard work the crew had put in across the business.
Michael said responding to changing market conditions and a transformative talent market had driven the company’s need to evolve its operating model. He added that the business’ strong culture and customer focus had ensured adaptability and a solid, reliable foundation for continued growth.
