Kinetic IT was identified as a “Leader” in ISG’s Provider Lens™ evaluation for the 2023 ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners 2023 survey in Consulting Services. In 2022, the company was named a “Rising Star” in the same quadrant – the upgrade representing a significant achievement.

In addition to this, Kinetic IT was also identified as a “Leader” in the 2023 ServiceNow Managed Services Provider quadrant, and a “Rising Star” in the ServiceNow Implementation and Integration Services quadrant.
The ISG Provider Lens™ ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners study examined the extensive, global and complex partner network of the leading workflow management software solution company, ServiceNow, founded in 2004. The ISG Provider Lens™ survey included the following three quadrants: ServiceNow Consulting, ServiceNow Implementation and Integration, and ServiceNow Managed Services.
